State Preliminary

April 26-27, 2003

Seeded 6th in the Preliminary Round of the State Tournament, Rage White faced the 7th seed St. Bernard team on Saturday.  After a scoreless first half, Rage scored on perfectly executed corner kick, with a header for the goal.  That was all they would need to capture a 1-0 win.  On Sunday, the team fell to the No. 1 seed, Rage Blue, in a hard fought contest.

Cabosa Cup

April 12-13, 2003

The team traveled to Shreveport, LA to participate in the Cabosa Cup.  In a 5 team round robin format, the team had one win, one loss, and two ties.

Gulfport Tournament

March 15-16, 2003

The team traveled to Gulfport, MS to participate in the Gulf Coast Cup.  The girls came away with a victory Saturday morning, defeating Biloxi 1-0.  They then dropped their next two matches, losing to PAC 1-0 in a hard fought contest, then falling to St. Bernard 2-0 Sunday morning.

Rage Picks up Another League Win

After losing to Lakeview Saturday morning 2-1, the Rage White team defeated St. Bernard 1-0 in their afternoon match. 

Rage Wins League Game!

November 9, 2002

The Rage White Team won its first league game, defeating Shreveport 1-0 in Shreveport.

Congratulations to the girls!  Their hard work and dedication is paying off.

Rage Competes in Top Gun Invitational Tournament

The Rage White soccer team competed in the Top Gun Invitational Tournament in Pensacola, Florida.  The team was very competitive and picked up another win on Sunday Morning.

Rage Competes in Gator Classic

September 29, 2002

The Rage White soccer team competed in the Lafreniere Gator Classic in Metairie.

Saturday morning, our girls dominated the game, but came away with a 1-1 tie.  They followed that with another 1-1 tie Saturday evening.  Facing JFC (Jackson, MS) Sunday morning, the girls kept it close most of the game before giving up 2 late goals, losing 4-1.

Rage White Wins 2 in Cajun Classic Tournament

The Rage White soccer team picked up two more wins in the Cajun Classic Tournament held in Lafayette.

The first win came against the defending state champions, Rage Blue (currently ranked 5th in the nation).  Rage White scored first, taking a 1-0 lead into half-time.  But Rage Blue came back and scored late in the second half to tie the game 1-1.  With under 1 minute to play, our girls worked the ball down the field setting up a corner kick.  The kick was perfect, allowing two of our players to redirect the ball into the goal...resulting in a 2-1 WIN!!!!

Our exhausted girls fell 0-1 in the Saturday afternoon game.  They came back with another win on Sunday morning, before losing the afternoon game to PAC (last year's state runners-up).

Rage White Advanced to Quarter Finals in Houston Tournament

September 1, 2002

Competing in their first tournament, the Rage White team advanced to the quarter finals of the Houston Labor Day Cup.

The Rage won their first game, 5-1 over Texas Premier Black (Houston).  After a tie Saturday afternoon and a loss Sunday morning, the team advanced to the quarter finals as the 5th seed.  The Rage fell to a more experienced Lady Warriors (Austin) team in the quarter final match.
